go into bios and try to change the boot order. Windows 10 uses a boot partition so that needs to be selected though this could be true only for UEFI but I know my windows 10 in UEFI I need to select the boot partition. If that fails put in the windows disk and do a boot repair. Cant remember the exact sequence to do this but google will shed some light I am sure lol

Edit: so is it a different MB, ramn and CPU then what was used on the old OS? as this can cause issues but I would expect it to start to load windows though I never tried it I always do a fresh install if new MB is put in
