If your Paypal account get permanently limited on some day; you would do nothing to undone.
On someday you open up your e-mail account and then see your paypal account gets permanently limited. This limitation may cause by several problems; then we will not go into deep about this. But we want to explain why it isn't possible to get back and use your old account on paypal again, if its permanently limited.
- Its very annoying; because Paypal stores every data on its servers about their customers/merchants accounts and if your paypal has been limited permanently; you can't able to use your old banned bank account again on another account. The system will automatically block it.

- You can send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com for the questions regarding acceptable use policy of Paypal. Their AUP department only accepts e-mails and no phone calls. You can explain or ask about your limitation.
AUP department of Paypal mostly gives you robotic messages like repeated rules of Paypal regarding to your violation. They arent tend to give much more info / or detailed messages about your issue.
